Guizhou Red Cross Foundation went to Kaili for compulsory isolated detoxification center investigation

11月20日，贵州省红十字基金会、贵州红十字戒毒防治基金管委会、贵州泐睢药业有限责任公司相关负责人赴黔东南州凯里市强制隔离戒毒所调研，探讨“贵州红十字戒毒防治基金”在凯里市落地的相关事宜。

On November 20th, the relevant principals of the Guizhou Red Cross Foundation, the Guizhou Red Cross Drug Detoxification Fund Management Committee and the Guizhou Lesui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. went to the Southeastern Guizhou Province Kaili compulsory isolated detoxification center to investigate. They explore the relevant issues of the implementation of "Guizhou Red Cross Drug Detoxification Fund" in Kaili city.

贵州省红十字基金会常务副理事长、秘书长张煜一行8人考察了戒毒所的基础设施、教育培训、戒毒康复等情况。凯里市强制隔离戒毒所所长吴剑斌、指导员王留芳陪同调研。

Zhang Yu, the Routine Council Vice-director, Secretary General of Guizhou Red Cross Foundation, and other members (total 8) visited the infrastructure, education, training, rehabilitation of drug detoxification center. Wu Jianbin, director of Kaili compulsory isolated detoxification center, and instructor Wang Liufang, accompanied the investigation.

调研中，张煜介绍了红十字运动的历史，阐释了“人道、博爱、奉献”的红十字精神及“保护人的生命、健康，维护人的尊严，发扬人道主义精神，促进人类社会和平进步事业”的宗旨。今年10月，贵州省红十字会发起了“贵州红十字戒毒防治计划”并委托贵州省红十字基金会成立了“贵州红十字戒毒防治基金”，旨在整合社会爱心力量，救助戒毒人员。考察组成员与戒毒所相关同志就进一步贯彻落实《中华人民共和国戒毒条例》，创新戒毒防治模式，建立“戒毒脱心瘾”示范点等进行了座谈。

In the investigation, Zhang Yu introduced the history of the Red Cross Movement and explained the Red Cross spirit of "humanity, fraternity and dedication" and the purpose of “protecting people's lives and health, safeguarding human dignity, carrying forward the humanitarian spirit and promoting the peaceful progress of human society". In October 2019, Red Cross Society of Guizhou Branch launched the "Guizhou Red Cross Drug Detoxification and Prevention Program", commissioned the Guizhou Red Cross Foundation to establish the "Guizhou Red Cross Drug Detoxification Fund", aiming to integrate social love force to help drug addicts. Members of the inspection team and the comrades involved in the detoxification center conducted further discussions on the implementation of the "Drug Regulations of the People's Republic of China", the innovation of drug detoxification prevention and control mode, and the establishment of the "Drug Addiction and Craving Treatment" demonstration site.

据悉，省内外目前已有4家强制隔离戒毒所邀请贵州省红十字基金会前往考察、合作。
